Brendan McHugh

Brendan McHugh (born 11 April 1990) is an American competitive swimmer who specializes in breaststroke events. He is the current U.S. Open record holder in the 50 meters breaststroke (27.10) and 2014 National Champion in that event. He is currently on U.S.A. Swimming's National Team (100 meters breaststroke) and represented the United States at the 2015 World Championships in Kazan, Russia. He is a recipient of a grant provided by the Fran Crippen Elevation Foundation.
