The Cleggan-to-Inishbofin Swim or the Bofin Island Challenge is a 12 km marathon swim and charity swim held in August in Bofin Harbour in Ireland's County Galway, organised by Martin Cullen on behalf of the Irish Long Distance Swimming Association.

[Ireland Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame]] Honor Swimmer Colm O'Neill describes the event, "In my view, this event under the leadership of Martin Cullen was the modern day catalyst for the growth and populism of this fab sport in Ireland." The list only includes solo swimmers who completed the swim. The swims would never have happened without many volunteers (kayakers, boat owners/pilots/crews), other safety staff, timekeepers etc. - so many thanks to them.
