Blake Hargis (born August 1974) is an American cold water swimmer and open water swimmer from Troy, New York.

- He participated in the 4th Annual Memphremagog Winter Swim Festival in Lake Memphremagog, Vermont, 23-25 February 2018.
- He completed the 10km Clubhous-Province Island Swim, accompanied by kayaker Don Houghton, during Son of a Swim in Lake Memphremagog, Vermont, on 30 June 2018.
