Binod Kumar Singh is a disabled swimmer from West Bengal, India. The Paralympian has competed in international events in England, Kuala Lampur (Indonesia), Taipei (Taiwan), Germany, and Bangalor (India) and has won numerous national pool swimming championships in India.
