Bill Harlan

Bill Harlan is an American open water swimmer from California who swims for the Dolphin Club in San Francisco. He was a 50m sprinter, triathlete, motorcycle racer and a winery owner called the Harlan Estates, scoring routine 100 ratings from Robert Parker.
Farallon Islands Relay
Harlan was a member of the winning Dolphin Club relay team in a race from the Farallones to Aquatic Park in September or October 1969 in 14 hours when the Dolphin Club defeated the South End Rowing Club which got swept south then made it under the Golden Gate Bridge in 16 hours.
