Bill Blair (Scotland) was one of the early Phibbies of Ye Amphibious Ancients Bathing Association in Scotland who completed the first two-way crossing of the River Tay in Dundee, Scotland in 1905.
Bill Blair (Scotland) is the father and escort crew member of Colleen Blair's unprecedented crossing of The Minch in Scotland on 8 July 2018 and her 12.1 km crossing of the Pentland Firth in 4 hours 41 minutes 21 seconds on 11 July 2011.
