Open Water Swimming Career
In November 2013, he swam with Penny Palfrey and Michael Hanisch to complete an unprecedented 11 km swim from Palm Bay on Long Island to South Molle Island and then to Daydream Island. Daydream Island is one of seven islands of the Molle Group, part of the Whitsunday Islands in Queensland, Australia. They were supported by escort kayakers Leah White, Clare Ronaldson and Warren Shearer and DJ Shearer with escort pilots Dwayne Johnston and Riff Eyres.
