Beau Gatch

Beau Gatch is an American open water swimmer who completed the first relay recognized by the Santa Barbara Channel Swimming Association together with Dr. Herb Barthels (USA), Pam Barthels (USA), Jeff Farrell (USA), Keith Martin (USA), and Steven Snyder (USA). They swam 22.2 nautical miles across the Santa Barbara Channel in August 1981 from Hazards Cove to Shoreline Park in 11 hours 47 minutes.
