Balicasag Island Swim is a 11 km swim from Balicasag island to Alona tropical resort between Visayas and Mindanao in 6 hours 35 minutes on 16 October 2014 by Ingemar Patiño Macarine Full from Placer, Surigao Del Norte, Philippines.

The Balicasag Island Swim was to immortalize the memory of the Boholanos who died in the 7.2-magnitude earthquake, raise public awareness on climate change issues, and promote a healthy lifestyle, Ingemar swam 11 kilometers between two Bohol islands.
