BS To Ten

Noun - BS To Ten is an ocean workout where there is decent surf. Everyone runs into the water and tries to catch ten waves. The first one to ten waves win. After the swimmers body surf to shore, they have to run up the beach to a certain point (e.g., lifeguard stand) and then run back into the water. BS To Ten involves sprinting, 6-beat kick, dolphining, and running up and down the sandy beach in an aerobically taxing effort.

The younger kids loved the BS To Ten workout when the waves were big.
