The British Long Distance Swimming Association Distance Weekend is an open water swimming camp held 24-25 February 2018.

Objective

To give those with a major swim booked for 2018 a chance to improve technique, get proper feedback on their stroke and set them up for a successful season. Technique work, underwater filming, stroke feedback, skills sessions, speedwork, feeding and help with the mental side of marathon swimming is addressed also with a Pilates and Flexibility session and a mix of both pool-based work and classroom sessions.
