Ayman Saad
Ayman Saad is an Egyptian race organizer, the Chief Executive Officer of the United Arab Emirates Swimming Federation and a current member of the FINA Technical Open Water Swimming Committee for the 2013-2017 term and on the Events Sub-Committee for the 2017-2021 term.

- He finished 14th in the 1989 Atlantic City Around The Island Swim in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
- He served as the race director for the FINA 10K Marathon Swimming World Cup and FINA Open Water Swimming Grand Prix races held in the United Arab Emirates.
FINA Technical Open Water Swimming Committee
The FINA Technical Open Water Swimming Committee (TOWSC) is a group of experienced open water swimming experts from around the world who administers and officiates the pro and elite open water races in the world. They also organize clinics and serve as referees, judges and officials at major international competitions and write the rules and procedures that govern these competitions.
