Aurora Gore is an American open water swimmer and hair stylist living in Round Lake, Illinois, U.S.A. and originally from Port Orford, Oregon.
Open Water Swimming Highlights[edit]
- On 17 July 2010, she finished 71st in the 10 km Morse Reservoir in Indiana in 3 hours 6 minutes 36 seconds at the age of 27.
- On 23 September 2011, she completed a crossing of the English Channel from England to France in 14 hours 12 minutes at the age of 28, certified by the Channel Swimming Association.
- On 10 September 2012, she finished 6th in the 40.2 km In Search of Memphre from Newport, Vermont, USA to Magog, Quebec, USA in 15 hours 45 minutes at the age of 29.
