Atsushi Matsubara is a Japanese open water swimmer who works at Fujitsu and swims at Zushi Beach (逗子) in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.
Zushi Beach
Zushi Beach is a crescent-shaped beach about a couple kilometers long about an hour by train south of Tokyo. Mt. Fuji is visible on a clear day from the south end of the beach. In the summer (June-August), it becomes a lively ocean swimming beach that features food and drinks and live music with beach, marine, and summer events.
