Atakan Malgil is a 16-year-old Turkish open water swimmer.
Open Water Swimming Highlights
- He finished 2nd in the 6.5 km Samsung Bosphorus Cross-Continental Swimming Race across the Bosphorus Strait between Asia and Turkey that starts in Kanlıca on the Asian side of Istanbul and finishes at Kuruçeşme Cemil Topuzlu Park on the European side in 2020.
- On 4 September 2021, he finished 19th in the 10 km FINA UltraMarathon Swim Series in Lake Ohrid, Northern Macedonia at the age of 16.
