Asha Roth

Asha Roth is an American open water swimmer who completed a crossing of the Catalina Channel in 13 hours 29 minutes and a 21.4-mile swim across the length of Lake Tahoe in August 2014. She will also attempt an English Channel swim in 2016. Roth trains in the San Francisco Bay with the South End Rowing Club and Walnut Creek Masters. She swims to benefit a non-profit organization called Assisi House, whose mission is to improve the health and quality of life of people in the village of San Pedro la Laguna on the shores of Guatemala's Lake Atitlan.
