Andrew O’Regan
Andrew O’Regan is a triathlete and open water swimmer in Hong Kong. He is a late-comer to vigorous exercise and open water swimming. He has spent 30 successful years in the corporate world, living and working in 11 countries around the world. He started swimming to compete in triathlons at the age of 50 and through this he discovered the joys and the community spirit of open water swimming. He has become a passionate sea swimmer and has done the long distance races in Hong Kong and many triathlons around the world.
Swim In Asia
O'Regan co-founded Swim In Asia together with Lawrence Webb and Simon Holliday. Swim In Asia is a Hong Kong-based open water swimming holiday company that offers a number of swimming adventures including 3 days in South Side, Rocky Harbour and Tai Tam Bay, 5 days in South Side I and II, Rocky Bay, Tai Tam Bay and Lamma Island, and bespoke tours including swim/kayak a part or all of our South Side Routes, or swim/kayak 3 km in Tai Long Wan (the original Big Wave Bay/ surfing beach), swims in Lamma Island, 1.5 km night swim from Turtle Cove to Stanley.
