Alexander Schilder is a 30-year-old Dutch open water swimmer from Volendam, the Netherlands.

  • Hhe will participate in the 1000m freestyle at the 13th edition of the Winter Swimming World Championships (WSWC) to be held between 23-29 January 2023.
  • On 16 February 2019, he finished 6th in the Ice Kilometer race in 4.6°C water and 8°C air in Freizeitverein Altenwörth in Altenwörth, Austria.
  • He competed in the Ice Kilometer at the 3rd International Ice Swimming Association World Championship held in Murmansk, Russia in March 2019.
  • He finished 2nd in the Ice Kilometer at the Ice Swimming Volendam event on 18-19 January 2020 in zwembad De Waterdam Edam/Volendam, Netherlands at the age of 29.
