Alexander Levchuk is a 29-year-old open water swimmer from St. Petersburg, Russia who completed the 2014 25 km Kotlin Race from St. Petersburg in the Gulf of Finland and finished in the port city of Kronstadt on Kotlin Island on 25 July 2014 in 9 hours 23 minutes 15 seconds together with Sergej Kikonov and Maria Shirokikh.
