Alena Benesova (born 1998) is a pool and open water swimmer from the Czech Republic.

- She competed in the 5 km and 10 km races at the 2016 FINA World Swimming Championships in Lake Balaton, Hungary.
- She finished 6th in the 10 km marathon swim leg of the LEN European Open Water Swimming Cup in Eilat, Israel on 25 March 2018.
- On 6 August 2018, she finished 6th in the 5 km LEN European Championships in Glasgow, Scotland.
- She competed on the 2019 FINA / CNSG Marathon Swim World Series in Seychelles on 12 May 2019.
- She competed in the FINA Olympic Marathon Swim Qualifier for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics in Setúbal Bay, Portugal on 19 June 2021.
