Akimov Vitaly

Akimov Vitaly is a Russian open water swimmer and the Director of International Press Center at The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Murmansk region.

Open Water Swimming Highlights

• He served to organized and promote the 2019 Ice Swimming World Championship in Murmansk, Russia.
• He participated in the 555 km three-stage Black Sea Victory Relay that started in Novorossiysk on 21 October and finished in the Black Sea in the city of Sevastopol in the southern part of Russia on 7 November 2020. The relay included more than 50 swimmers from Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
