Adriane Grimaldi (born 31 July 1968) is an American open water swimmer and snorkler from Scottsdale, Arizona, United States. She swam between Little Cayman and Cayman Brac islands in the Cayman Islands, a marathon swim of 5 miles.

Physical Disability

Grimaldi was born without a right hand with a condition known as Amniotic Banding Syndrome – or ABS.
