Sarangani Bay Invasion is a professional 15 km open water relay swim from Kamanga Beach in Maasim to Glan as part of the Sarangani Bay Festival (SarBay Fest) in the Philippines organized by Nimrod Butil. The race was formerly known as the Swim-Across-the-Bay or the Across-the-Bay Open Ocean Swimming Competition, where each team consists of 5 swimmers, takes place each May.
Cash Awards
First place receives P50,000 cash or US$1,159
Second place receives P35,000 cash prize or US$811
Third place receives P25,000 cash prize or US$580
All teams that finished received P6,000
