3 Border Triathlon

The 3 Border Triathlon is an stage adventure envisioned and attempted by Nadine Horn, a writer and multi-sport adventurer from Germany who is working in Australia. The 3 Border Triathlon includdes a 485 km cycle across Switzerland, a 550 km swim across southern Germany along the Danube River, and a 315 km run across Austria.

Her 550-km swim will take her along the Danube, the second largest river in Central Europe. She will do a 91 stage swim wearing an XTERRA Wetsuits and carrying a waterproof case from Aquapac. She will swim from Donaueschlingen in Germany to the Austrian border near Passau.
