WHOOP

From Openwaterpedia

WHOOP is a series of fitness wearable devices that track workouts, sleep, recovery and gives its users advice on how to improve. It uses HRV, average resting heart rate, and sleep patterns to tell athletes when they can push themselves through a tough workout and when to take a rest day and recover.
