Tony Chisholm is a Canadian escort pilot in Lake Ontario. Chisholm was on the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake's War of 1812 Bicentennial Committee and Chairman of the Burning of Niagara event in 2013. He served on the Communities in Bloom Committee for the Town for four years and is currently Vice-Chair of the Town's Heritage Trail Committee. He has worked with the Niagara-on-the-Lake Museum as a volunteer tour guide for seven years and is currently President of the Friends of Fort George. He was Volunteer of the Year for the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake in 2015.
- He escorted his son Shaun Chisholm across Lake Ontario on 16 August 2008, a charity swim for Swim For Kids in 19 hours 23 minutes.
- He has helped other swimmers since 2008.
