The Swim Around Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island or The Swim Around The Islands is a tandem swim by Joe Rainero (49), Matt Maurer (38), Lance Ogren (44), and Mike Stresemann (54) will jointly and simultaneously swim around Sullivan's Island and the Isle of Palms in September 2015.
