The San Diego Sharkfest®, also known as the Coronado Bridge Swim™ is a 1-mile open water swim from the San Diego Harbor to Coronado Island in San Diego, California.


The record is held by 14-year-old George Horvath in 19:56.40 set on 6 October 2013.


The 1-mile swim starts at the 5th Avenue Landing behind the San Diego Convention Center and finishes at the Tidelands Park beach at the foot of the Coronado Bridge on the Coronado side.
