Ron Blackledge

Ron Blackledge was an American pool and open water swimming coach at the Seal Beach Swim Club in Seal Beach, California. He was one of the early creators and organizers of the annual Seal Beach Rough Water Swim.

The swimmers and coach were honored by Resolution Number 2024 entitled "A Resolution Of The City Council Of The City Of Seal Beach, California, Commending Seal Beach Youth Swimmers For Their Completion Of A Marathon Swim From Catalina Island To The Mainland." in 1971.
