Peter Canfield is an American open water swimmer who completed the 4.2-mile PT 109 Swim, an ocean swim from Kennedy Island to Olasana and Naru, then back to Kennedy Island in the Solomon Islands on 18 August 2018 together with Jack Lundberg, Adrian Mula, John Kulewicz, Jay Madigan, and Rich Lovering on 18 August 2018.
