The Oceans Seven Relay is a 3-man relay consisting of Richard W. Gaenzle, Jr., Brian Ross and Chris Kraus. The team from Connecticut is nominated for the 2015 World Open Water Swimming Performance of the Year and achieved the Oceans Seven challenge by successfully completing the following relays:

Oceans Seven[edit]

The trio are the only known relay that are attempting to complete the Oceans Seven. Kraus, Ross and Gaenzel have also completed numerous other open water swims, both as relay and singles, including double crossings of Alcatraz Island in San Francisco Bay as soloists.
