Mark Sheridan is a 47-year-old British open water swimmer from Sevenoaks, Kent in the UK. He writes a popular blog to help educate swimmers including the Front Crawl Technique and achieved the Triple Crown of Open Water Swimming.

Open Water Swimming Career Highlights

On 16 July 2019, he finished the 25-mile (40.2 km) In Search of Memphre across Lake Memphremagog from Newport, Vermont to Magog, Quebec, Canada at the age of 46 in 13 hours 8 minutes.
