Lukasz Kowalczyk is a 34-year-old open water swimmer originally from Raciborz in Southern Poland and living in Northern Ireland.
Open Water Swimming Career
- Kowalczyk completed a crossing of the North Channel from Ulster in Ireland to Scotland in June 2015 in 11 hours 49 minutes.
- He will attempt an English Channel crossing within 9 days of his North Channel success in his Four Nation Channel Swim.
- 25 km Lough Erne Irish Championship on 3 August 2013 in 7 hours 52 minutes
- 16-mile Nough Neagh Cancer Focus Charity Swim on 10 August 2013 from Kinnego Marina to Ballyronan in 11 hours 10 minutes
