Luis Liberato Baptista is a member of FINA Coaches Commission and President of the Organising Committee for the FINA Olympic Marathon Swim Qualifier in Setubal, Portugal. He is also the organiser of the Setubal Bay International Swim Marathon and the FINA 10KM Marathon Swimming World Cup - Portugal.
