Log pulling

noun - log pulling or a log pull is a niche discipline of the sport of open water swimming where a solo swimmer pulls a log under their own power and without the aid of equipment.

Origin[edit]

First used by Ross Edgley to describe a series of charity swims in England, Scotland and Saint Lucia in 2017.

Usage[edit]

Ross Edgley will attempt to complete a 40 km log pulling swim from Martinique to Saint Lucia.
