Klaustoberfest

Klaustoberfest is a charity event supporting the Klaus Barth Foundation held annually in Long Beach, California, U.S.A. that celebrates the life and legacy of Klaus Barth.

Barth was a German Olympic swimmer, coach, Ironman triathlete (who placed fourth overall in the 1986 Ironman World Championships) and inspiration to many open water swimmers and multi-sport athletes.

Klaus Barth Foundation[edit]

The Klaus Barth Foundation is a registered non-profit foundation that was formed to provide funds for cancer research; education and assistance programs; assistance to those with physical disabilities to pursue an active lifestyle through physical fitness and competitive athletics; and promote educational opportunities for children and young adults.
