Sigsgaard Grith is an open water swimmer extreme marathon swimmer from Denmark.

  • In 2002, she completed the 22 km IJsselmeer Zwemmarathon in the Netherlands in 5 hours 33 minutes 51 seconds.
  • In 2003, she completed the 22 km IJsselmeer Zwemmarathon in the Netherlands in 5 hours 24 minutes 20 seconds.
  • In 2004, she completed the 22 km IJsselmeer Zwemmarathon in the Netherlands in 5 hours 45 minutes 52 seconds.
  • In 2006, she completed the 22 km IJsselmeer Zwemmarathon in the Netherlands in 5 hours 2 minutes 6 seconds.
  • In 2007, she completed the 22 km IJsselmeer Zwemmarathon in the Netherlands in 5 hours 50 minutes 27 seconds.
  • In 2008, she completed the 22 km IJsselmeer Zwemmarathon in the Netherlands in 5 hours 47 minutes 54 seconds.
  • In 2009, she completed the 22 km IJsselmeer Zwemmarathon in the Netherlands in 5 hours 36 minutes 6 seconds.
  • In 2010, she completed the 22 km IJsselmeer Zwemmarathon in the Netherlands in 4 hours 56 minutes 59 seconds.
  • In 2011, she completed the 22 km IJsselmeer Zwemmarathon in the Netherlands in 5 hours 58 minutes 38 seconds.
  • In 2012, she completed the 22 km IJsselmeer Zwemmarathon in the Netherlands in 5 hours 24 minutes 19 seconds.
  • In 2018, She completed the 22 km IJsselmeer Zwemmarathon in the Netherlands in 7 hours 16 minutes 06 seconds. They had wind force 7 most of the way.
  • On 18 July 2009, she completed the 30 km Ohrid Swim Marathon in Macedonia in 6 hours 50 minutes 14 seconds.
  • On 7 Feb. 2010, She completed the 88 km FINA’s longest Open Water Swimming Grand Prix race is from the city of Hernandarias to Parana in Argentina…a nearly impossibly long 88K (54 miles). In 9 hours 25 min 06 sec
  • On 28 August 2010, she completed the 16 km Faros Marathon Swim in Croatia in 3 hours 43 minutes 35 seconds.
  • In 2012, she completed the 19 km Jarak-Sabac Marathon Swim in Serbia in 3 hours 22 minutes 16 seconds.
  • In 2018, she leads the 2018 Circuito Gran Fondo Italia, an open water swimming series in Italy.

Since 2010 she has switched to extreme marathons 24 hours and 48 hours. Here she has been dominant since her first 24 hour race in 2010. Her records is:
