Floating: A Life Regained is a book by Joe Minihane released on 6 April 2017 in the UK and June 2017 in the U.S. Floating charts Minihane's wild swimming journey across the UK, attempting to conquer his issues with anxiety by taking a dip in the rivers, lakes, lidos and bays visited by naturalist Roger Deakin in his seminal 1999 book, Waterlog.

The Observer[edit]

"With a talent for detail...Minihane examines how his engagement with the outdoors took him on a transformative emotional journey."
