Craig Howarth is a 46-year-old amputee and an ex-Royal Navy Submarines veteran from Lancashire, England. He participated in an English Channel relay to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the British Limbless Ex-Service Men’s Association together with Steve White, Conrad Thorpe, Jamie Gillespie, and Craig Dryden.

He works for Military Mountain Biking as a mountain bike leader and competes in triathlons.
