Caramoan 7K Swim Challenge is a 3.5 km and 7 km open water swimming event between islands in in Camarines Sur in the Philippines on 12 July 2015. It is part of the Philippine Open Water Swimming (POWS) and one of the World's Top 100 Island Swims.
