Audrey Scott is an inductee (Honour Administrator) of the International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame
Audrey Scott of Great Britain was inducted in 1984 as an Honor Administrator in the International Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame. She received the Irving Davids-Captain Roger Wheeler Memorial Award from the International Swimming Hall of Fame in 1965.
Administration[edit]
Audrey and her husband Ray Scott ran the Channel Swimming Association for 44 years. Ray served as its Chairman for 44 years between 1960 and 1994 and then as Secretary from 1994 to 1994. Audrey served initially as Assistant Secretary and in the early 1960’s took over as Honorary Secretary until her death in 1994.
