Francois Xavier Desharnais (born 1990) is a professional marathon swimmer from Canada who competes on the FINA Open Water Swimming Grand Prix series and the FINA 10KM Marathon Swimming World Cup pro circuit.

He participated in the 2011 FINA World Championships in Shanghai, China and was second at the 2012 and 2013 Traversée Internationale du Lac Memphrémagog in Quebec, Canada.
