Tomi Stefanovski is a former water polo player and current professional marathon swimmer from the Macedonia who competes on the FINA 10KM Marathon Swimming World Cup and FINA Open Water Swimming Grand Prix series. He placed second in the 2012 Traversée internationale du lac Memphrémagog and won the 2013 Traversée internationale du lac St-Jean in Roberval, Quebec, Canada. His success on the 2013 FINA Open Water Swimming Grand Prix pro circuit led to a nomination for the 2013 World Open Water Swimming Man of the Year.

He also crossed the English Channel in 2009 in 7 hours 42 minutes.
