noun - Swimming Wellness (or Swimming Is Medicine) is an aquatic-based program developed by Open Water Source. The 8-week session aimed at corporate fitness programs encourages and supports working adults and their families and neighbors to take up swimming as a form of exercise and preventative medicine.
