Stacey Kelly (Born 20 February) is an RN (Registered Nurse) and Shasta College, Clinical Instructor at Shasta Regional Medical Center in Redding, California. She grew up in Williston, North Dakota where she competed as as competitive swimmer. She is a fan of the sport of open water swimming and participated in the Flowers Sea Swim in 2011 and 2012. She is a mother of four, including Alecia Kelly and Lexie Kelly, and enjoys the outdoors including kayaking, walking, swimming, and spending time with her dachshunds.

Kelly was a USA swimming official from 1991-2008 as a Starter/Referee for Sierra Nevada Swimming.
