Paul Lemmon

Paul Lemmon (born 1967) is a former professional ironman athlete from Australia who competed in both the Uncle Toby's and Nutri Grain Series. He is the Surf Coach for OceanFit as well as an experienced open water swimmer, winner of multiple World, Australian and New South Wales State Masters ironman championships and has twice won the Coolangatta Gold in his age group category.

Lemmon is the current Surf Sports Coach at the highly successful Terrigal Surf Life Saving Club on the New South Wales Central Coast, where he works with a wide range of junior, senior and masters competitors.

He won the 14th FINA World Masters Championships 3 km race in Riccione, Italy on 17 June 2012 in the 45-49 age group in 28:18.1 swimming for the Ettalong Pelicans.
