Patricio D'Ottavio (born 3 July 1971 in Argentina) is a pool and open water swimmer from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has participated in over 40 internationally events between 1995 and 2012 and completed several solo swims including two of the Oceans Seven channels. She is ranked #25 on the Oceans Seven global list.
