Noam Zwi of Israel is a member of the FINA Technical Open Water Swimming Committee (TOWSC) for the 2009-2013 and 2013-2017 terms.

Personal

Noam is a lawyer, swimming coach and business manager who is also the Vice-President of the Israel Olympic Committee, Chairman of the Israel Olympic Sports Committee, a Comen Bureau Member and was the Chairman of Israel Swimming Association Professional Committee (1994-2001), and coached the Israeli Swimming team for the Olympic Games in Barcelona 1992.
