National Marine Safety Center
The National Marine Safety Center (NMSC) was launched in 1992 by Dan Ingalls in order to provide hands-on aquatic rescue and boat handling courses for public safety agencies and the general public. Aquatic event safety services evolved naturally from our program development and can be employed in countless marine environments.

NMSC courses are taught across the nation and internationally.
