Jeff Farrell

Jeff Farrell is an American pool and open water swimmer who was the USA Olympic Swim Team captain of the 1960 Rome Olympic Games. He also completed the first relay recognized by the Santa Barbara Channel Swimming Association together with Dr. Herb Barthels (USA), Beau Gatch (USA), Pam Barthels (USA), Keith Martin (USA), and Steven Snyder (USA). They swam 22.2 nautical miles across the Santa Barbara Channel in August 1981 from Hazards Cove to Shoreline Park in 11 hours 47 minutes.
